Hello, I think that it would beneficial to setup a tiered payment system. For example, certain readers are $.99 per minute whereas others have slightly higher rates. This will allow customers from every walk of life to afford the services and utilize them more. Maybe all psychics can start off at $.99 per minute and based upon volume be advanced to higher pay rates.
Also, from my observation this app seems to attract customers who prefer chats over video or phone calls. I believe this could be the psychic cloud niche. There have been several instances where I chatted all day with clients. This leads me to believe that this could be very prosperous for customers, psychics and psychic cloud as a whole if we hone in on it.
Lastly, I have several clients in India who utilize some sort of funds transfer system. It may be beneficial to be able to accept those types of payments. Reducing the $75 minimum would attract more customers instead of scaring them away.

We are looking into a tiered pricing and pricing packages each psychic may customize. This likely will be in Q2/Q3 timeframe.
We will deploy soon Free Chats and Billable Chats (aka Mini-Reading). The combination of these will empower psychics to build up relationships with customers and increase their brand awareness and value.
There is no minimum for readings; readings are billable at $5 per minute currently. The $75 you referenced is for appointment booking of 15 minutes. We can look into allowing a shorter duration appointments.
