Earlier today I had an appointment set by a client and I did not know until after the appointment had passed. I believe I had a notification, but I work from a tablet versus a cell phone during the day and I was not alerted.
It would be very helpful for us to have the option to receive emails and/or texts to our preferred phone number advising that was have an appointment.
In addition to this, the ability to reschedule in the instance of a conflict would be beneficial. Some of my work can run over on time or overlap between in-person appointments I have and app appointments. Blocking out scheduling times on the app versus being open ended at all times could really help prevent an issue in the future.
