List of operational issues that need to be fixed or enhanced.

1. Advisor Availability. If an advisor does not pick up make them unavailable. If it happens 3 times in a row the advisor is suspended until there is a review and determination of whether to allow them on the service. Agent will make this determination. Only reliable advisors should be on the service.

2. Payment - Add Apple Pay, (and Google Pay when Android is available) to payment methods available.

3. Order of Display (Carrousel) - When user is looking at Psychics, first show those available now based on their schedule, then show AI Psychics next. Advisors who are not available over 10 days should be suspended and notified. They would then be just a consumer. They can get unsuspended by putting in a trouble ticket,

4. Schedule - When looking at the schedule, show all advisors available on a particular day based on their schedule. Add "on today" design change

5. Change of nomenclature - Mini readings are holding $8 per message rather than $4 or $2. - bug

6. Change "mini readings to "paid chat" and chat to "free chat" - design change

7. "Last seen at time" or "online" or "busy" status should be where ever there is a picture of the advisor

8. "Free reading" is showing up for some advisors when they have their free reading turned off. - bug

9. Delete the audio intro from the app. Just have a video intro. - design change

10. Allow chats with AI psychics for free, just basic registration info required

11. Missed connections - 3 missed connections in a row. The Advisor is logged out. 5 missed connections in a day suspended. To get back in they need to put in a trouble ticket.
