The advisor acts as the "host" similar to Zoom and lets the customer into the conference. When the customer arrives they are notified to please wait for the advisor to let them. If the advisor arrives first then will be notified when the customer arrives. The room opens 15 minutes prior to the appointment. If the participant is in the room, when does not send appointment notifications to that participant while they are in the room.
The appointment starts when they are both in the room together. It can start earlier if both are present and in conference. Three minutes prior to the end of the conference, the end of the appointment the customer and advisor are offered the option of extending the appointment. First the customer and then the advisor must agree for either 10 minutes or 30 minutes. If accepted by both and there is not another appointment overlapping that time, the appointment is extended. IF the customer does not have enough funds a pop-up will offer the customer the opportunity to add the necessary funds requiring a yes or no response from the consumer. If funds are not added the call will not be extended. 30 seconds prior to the call conclusion the call will end and a message stating "this call has concluded" is communicated to both parties with the length of the call.

Display dates/times on all Advisor Posts. After 30 days only display older than 30 days if customer clicks on "see older posts."

If Advisor is dormant (has not been seen for greater than 30 days) hide home page and all posts until they reactivate themselves by being seen on the service.
CB>> Send advisor an SMS notification "Your account has been on hold due to inactivity. To reactivate, click here" if there are no future booked appointments. If there are future booked appointments, send this SMS notification instead, "Your account has been idle. We show that you have booked appointments, click here within the next 72 hours to keep the appointments." If the advisor fails to click within 72 hours, notify consumer with suggestion to reschedule with another advisor or cancel. We will recommend the advisor based on 1) advisor availability in the original scheduled time slot and 2) highest rating if there are more than one advisor available in the original time slot.
