Add Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speed to AI Psychic Chat Function

Add to the launched AI Psychic Chat function the ability for the user to record a voice message in lieu of text to send to the AI advisor and ability for the AI advisor to reply in a recording using the chosen AI advisor's persona voice. Along with the voice recording file, transcribe and display the voice message in text as part of the chat history.
