Available/Away Feature on PC

The ideas is to have a function that communicates with customers when psychics are on and available for readings. Some of the testers have criticized the app for being misleading here. It's contradictory to have a notice on a psychic profile that is available when they're not and have the customer receive a message that the psychic will provide a response in 72 hours.

Slack has a feature that let's users know when someone is online and available. Maybe we can integrate the same feature on Psychic Cloud.
