I am extremely disappointed with psychic cloud and how you all went about changing chats to free. I find it disrespectful for you all to make the change with out my prior warning to the advisors. I have grown my collective through chat knowing that they were charged on a per chat basis. However this was abruptly stopped without forewarning. This is extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of my time and energy. I think it would be fit for you all to pay for chats through last week when we were informed of the change. Not only that the clients are not interested in the calls when they must put a minimum of $75. Why can’t we chat freely if we are not being paid? Please reconsider this decision as I’m pulling all energy back from chats this is not fair to my loyal clients but I can’t use all my energy for no compensation.
