Chat vs MiniReading

I have a couple of things I would like to mention for feedback purposes. One is regarding the option for chat or mini-readings. I feel like this is confusing people and I continually am contacted with requests to answer questions that are best suited for a mini-reading. I think there has to be much clearer direction or clearer detail for users to understand that chat is NOT for readings. They need to put in a request for a mini-reading. It would also be beneficial if there were a way to turn on the mini-reading via chat. We had an option to request a paid reading in our prior chat, if there was a way to transfer them over to a reading status that would be very helpful. It would help if we could seamlessly transfer them to a paid reading versus telling them to go sign up under mini-readings. I don't think chat should be open for just any user unless they understand it is not to be used to send personal details and ask questions that are best answered in a reading.
