Enable Single Sign On for Psychic Cloud Admin

Enabling Single Sign-On would allow those with VSE accounts to login to the Admin site using their current username and password and to not have to separate credentials and management.

It would also allow for MFA.

For external users who do not have VSE accounts they can be provided a Guest Account and therefore also provide them these benefits.
